Do Not Let Your Membership to Central Dog Bark Expire!
Memberships expire on March 31. All renewals will be due by April 30.
Please submit online proof of vaccinations and sign the Waiver form when making payment.
PayPal is preferred form of payment. For other forms of payment, PayPal invoice is available on request.
